- 1/2 yellow onion, sliced thin
- 1 Tbs olive oil
- 2 Tbs tomato paste
- 1 tsp Herbes De Provence
- 1/4 cup Aah! Bisto Original Granules*
- 2 cups vegetable stock
In a saute pan on medium heat, heat the olive oil. Cook down the onions until clear and browned.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the Aah! Bisto granules and 1 cup of the stock. Set aside.
Add the tomato paste to the saute pan and cook until it starts sticking to the pan.
Add the cup of vegetable stock and the Herbes De Provence to the saute pan and cook until bubbly.
Add the Aah! Bisto/stock mixture and heat until boiling. Reduce heat to low and continue cooking until desired thickness.
