

- 1 can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 Tbs olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp rosemary, fresh or dried
- A few turns of a pepper grinder
Add all of the above ingredients to a food processor and process until smooth. Serve with crudite, toasts, bread, chips, crackers, or whatever else tickles your fancy. This is gluten free if you serve it with gluten free crackers.
