This turned out better than anything I've eaten. It was absolute, delicious perfection. I served this with the potstickers, and it was an effin' grubfest. I am also taking this rice to my next potluck. I'm sure it'll be a hit.
- 2 1/2 cups cooked jasmine rice
- 1/3 cup peanut oil or canola oil
- 1 1/2 cups Vegan Potsticker Dumplings filling
- 1/3 cup dipping sauce from the potsticker recipe
In a wok or large frying pan, heat the oil on medium-high heat until hot. Add the rice and keep stirring for about two minutes. Add the potsticker filling and cook for another two minutes. Add the dipping sauce and keep stirring for another two minutes, until well combined and hot and bubbly. Serve pronto!
