In a double boiler, melt together the white and semi sweet chocolate chips until smooth.
One at a time, dip the pretzels into the chocolate mixture, tapping them to shake off the excess chocolate.
While still warm, sprinkle the crushed mints on top. Allow to cool until hard and enjoy!
These little schmeckens are effin' awesome. They are always a huge hit whenever I make them. These will give you the holiday flavors you're looking for, without a doubt. They are salty, sweet, crispy, crunchy, creamy and oh so yumtastic. I recommend making more than you think you need, and also experiment with semisweet chocolate for a different flavor profile. Either way, these are sure to be a favorite for the holidays or otherwise.
